As part of the Freightways Ltd group of companies, SHRED-X is a fast paced and rapidly growing company providing complete secure destruction services for paper, electronic, product, and têxtile waste, diverting over 95% of processed waste away from landfill into sustainable initiatives.

We are looking for a keen new team member to join our ITAD & E-waste team in Laverton North, Victoria.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Receiving, weighting, recording and sorting of e-waste materials
- Responsible for testing incoming and outgoing customer assets and data wiping of IT equipment.
- Operating process equipment and relevant hand tools.
- General housekeeping.
- Be part of our field technician work team when required.

**To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate the following**:

- Holding a current forklift licence would be advantageous otherwise, training will be provided.
- Previous working experience in a warehouse environment would be advantageous.
- Having previous data capturing skills using MS Office would be advantageous.
- This is a physical role with daily manual handling.
- A keen eye for material sorting
- Be able to work autonomously and independently.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and problem solver.
