**ABOUT THE**
**ROLE***:
**Summary of the role**:The Applicant will provide a seamless approach to feedback (complaints, compliments, enquiries and suggestions) management and resolution in consultation with varied Mercy Health employees. The role aims to provide a thorough, respectful and timely response to those who provide feedback; this role will help support Mercy Health to strengthen its commitment to being a truly Person Centred organisation.
- Permanent Part Time Position at 0.5FTE
- Role to be located at Mercy Health Corporate office in Richmond, VIC, however flexibility is provided to work at other Mercy Health sites as well as from home when appropriate.
- Primary Purpose/focus of the role is to provide quality client-focussed responses to feedback from patients, their family and carers and all members of the Community that access Mercy Health services.
- Work with Health Services to provide timely responses to feedback in accordance with Mercy Health values and key performance indicators.
- Support and provide direction to staff regarding best practice feedback management.

**ABOUT YOU:
- Requirement to work autonomously and within a team environment.
- This role will require you to naturally be caring in nature, empathic and compassionate with a strong work ethic.
- Registration with AHPRA as a healthcare provider (Nursing, Midwifery or Allied Health) qualification highly desirable.
- Advanced literacy, I.T and Microsoft Word skills.
- Must be able to work in office on a Friday.
- Consumer Engagement Experience within a Healthcare setting.
