**About the role...**

Are you a proven Account Manager looking for a change or are you a highly skilled Sales Coordinator looking to take the next step into Account Management?

The Royal Agricultural Society of NSW is seeking a highly organised and energetic team member to join its dynamic and fast-paced Commercial Team for the Sydney Royal Easter Show.

**About you**

Along with previous experience in a similar role, the successful person will be able to meet the following criteria:

- Effective sales experience (minimum 3 years)
- Account Management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Work as part of a team to achieve budget
- Experience in client-facing sales roles (incl. proposal preparation and presentation)
- Good research skills for lead generation
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to engage with people at all levels.
- A solution-oriented approach with a focus on building strong relationships.
- Strong time management, organisational, planning and administrative skills.
- A Positive attitude, desire to learn new skills, energetic work ethic and demonstrated initiative.

The Royal Agricultural Society of NSW (RAS) has been an influential force in the direction and development of Australian agriculture through competitions, education and events since its foundation in 1822. The RAS is a not-for-profit organisation committed to supporting agricultural development and rural communities in Australia.

The RAS manages the Sydney Royal Easter Show, Sydney Royal competitions, the RAS Foundation, Australasian Animal Registry and Sydney Showground, which hosts a huge range of events and professional sporting codes including AFL and Cricket
