Currently Seeking an Exhibitions Coordinator to assist in administration and sales of Commercial Exhibitors for the Sydney Royal Easter Show.

**About the role...**

Your expertise in project delivery, sales & administration will be crucial as you support the Exhibition Sales Manager. You will be responsible for organising & showcasing an array of exhibitors at the Sydney Royal Easter Show.

You will assist in the delivery of a range of services including but not limited to:

- New sales & account management of Commercial Exhibitors
- Assist in presentations and projects for the Exhibition Sales Manager
- Plan and deliver the Commercial Exhibitor Awards competition and presentation
- General administrative duties

**About you...**

To be successful in this role you would need to possess the following:

- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong customer service ethic
- Event management and sales experience preferred
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Possess a “Can Do“ attitude and demonstrate initiative
- Ability to work well in a team and to manage projects autonomously
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite, PowerPoint & Excel
- Be legally entitled to live & work in Australia.
- Be willing to undertake a police clearance check if required

We manage the Sydney Royal Easter Show, Sydney Royal competitions, the RAS Foundation, Australasian Animal Registry, and the Sydney Showground. The RAS has a team of over 130 full-time staff and an indispensable pool of casual staff who work on the Easter Show, and other Sydney Showground events.
