**The Opportunity**

Health Care Management (HCM) is embarking on an exciting strategic initiative that encompasses a comprehensive program of work across Health Insurance (HI) and the broader Bupa business. This program aims to execute the HCM strategic plan through significant initiatives and transformative changes. To support these efforts, we are establishing a dedicated HCM Program Delivery and Execution team focused on enhancing project delivery for both strategic and BAU projects.

As the HCM Delivery Manager, reporting to the Senior Manager of Program Delivery, you will collaborate closely with Workstream Leads, Initiative Owners, business leaders across Bupa HI, and technology teams. Your role is crucial in providing high-quality project management services and support to drive our strategic initiatives for customers and providers.

Given the extensive scope and impact of our initiatives, you will need to manage multiple projects simultaneously, emphasising a strong focus on delivery.

**What Your Day Will Look Like**
- ** Stakeholder Engagement**: Cultivate strong relationships with business leaders to align on the needs of our customers and providers, ensuring a clear understanding of project scope and mandatory requirements.
- ** Project Delivery**: Oversee the successful delivery of project scope within established timeframes, budget constraints, and quality standards.
- ** Resource Planning**: Identify necessary resources, including profiles and costs, to inform the investment case alongside anticipated benefits.
- ** Governance Oversight**: Establish and monitor appropriate governance structures for each project stream, ensuring alignment with the Delivery Hub and compliance with reporting frameworks, including updates to the Wave system.
- ** Steering Committee Coordination**: Organize meeting schedules, prepare materials, and document minutes for Steering Committees, ensuring that actions are tracked and followed up efficiently.
- ** Scope Management**: Clearly define and manage project scope, effectively communicating any changes and securing necessary approvals in line with the governance framework.
- ** Implementation Planning**: Develop robust implementation and release plans, communicating impacts to the broader business.
- ** Relationship Development**: Foster trusted relationships with Sponsors, Workstream Leads, Commercial Performance Coaches, Initiative Owners, business stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams.

This role is pivotal to the success of our strategic initiatives, driving impactful change throughout the organisation.

**About You**

To be considered for this role you will have:

- 5+ years Project Management experience, including a minimum 2 years running large and complex projects.
- Formal Project Management, Agile Project Management, Six Sigma or Lean Certification (required).
- Experience running multiple projects in parallel with high complexity and multiple dependencies.
- Demonstrated experience in project status reporting, scheduling, dependency management, milestone tracking techniques, financial / budget management and risk management.
- Proven experience in detailed program scoping and implementation.
- Proven track record negotiating successful outcomes with Sponsors and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes at a senior level.
- Proven expertise in managing multiple stakeholders and technology teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive effective solutions and deliver business outcomes.
- Experience in Agile project delivery (and knowing when and how to best use it).
- Expert knowledge using and interpreting Microsoft Project (or another scheduling tool) and agile delivery tools (e.g., Azure Dev Ops, Confluence) is essential.
