**About the company**:
Our client is an Australian household name and leader in the IT&T sector with a large enterprise environment and nationwide presence as well as very high visibility projects. They are currently seeking a Delivery Manager to be responsible for implementation of a new authentication directory, migration and decommissioning. Leading the E2E delivery and working with a broad set of technical stakeholders you will lead collaboration between technical teams such as architects, business stakeholders, ASM teams, other teams (such as enterprise release & testing) and external suppliers and collaborating with 3rd party/external vendor staff to deliver outcomes.

**Duties**:

- Developing & maintaining project plans for year-long, and detailed quarterly cycles
- Manage risks and issues and dependencies.
- Escalate and track impediments.
- Maintaining financials, including forecasts and reconciling actuals
- Speak at relevant SteerCos as necessary to GM and EGM level stakeholders.
- Facilitate solution demos/showcasing.
- Participate in or lead various scaled agile activity including PI Planning, Daily stand-ups, Retrospectives, Portfolio Synchs, Scrum of Scrums etc.
- Understand and operate within allocated budgets including forecasting to completion.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Project/Program Management in complex environments for projects over $1m each
- Background in technical IT project & delivery management
- SAFE Agile delivery experience
- Financial management of project costs and vendor contracts
- Experience in leading within IT teams, and across teams-of-teams.
- Vendor management
- Senior stakeholder management (GM Level and above)
- Understanding of IT Security principles is an advantage.
- Experience in projects involving the stand-up new IT Platforms in a corporate environment.
- Knowledge of Identity & Access Management, and Okta products is an advantage.
