Looking for experienced IT Delivery Manager as well as some general project management experience.

Background in connection/assurance space is preferred, though all strong candidates will be considered

Project & Program Delivery

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery
    of IT projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
  • Manage risks and issues

Stakeholder Management

  • Engage with business stakeholders
    , product owners, and technical teams to align delivery with business goals.
  • Communicate progress
    , dependencies, and changes clearly and regularly.

    and ensure stakeholder satisfaction throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Support cross-functional teams

  • Facilitate collaboration
    across internal and external teams, vendors, and partners.
  • Mentor and support team members
    , fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Performance & Quality Assurance

  • Monitor delivery metrics
    to assess performance.
  • Ensure quality standards
    are met through testing, reviews, and compliance checks.
  • Drive continuous improvement
    in delivery processes and outcomes.

Budget & Resource Management

  • Manage budgets
    , forecasts, and resource allocations for delivery initiatives.
  • Optimize resource utilization
    to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery.

Strategic Alignment

  • Align delivery with IT strategy
    , enterprise architecture, and business priorities.
  • Contribute to roadmap planning
