We're looking for an experienced Telecommunications Delivery Manager with a solid background in IT project and delivery management to lead and oversee the successful delivery of high-impact projects for one of our major Telecommunication clients.

The role spans a range of critical areas including CRM, Contract Management, Fulfilment, Assurance, Billing, and Product Development. Experience in the telecommunications sector is mandatory, as is a deep understanding of enterprise IT systems.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end IT project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Plan, monitor, and report on project progress, with a focus on data, reporting, and service standards, while proactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Maintain accurate financial oversight including budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting to completion.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across internal teams and third-party suppliers. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and financial controls.
  • Facilitate solution demonstrations and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Actively participate in agile delivery practices and champion agile methodologies within teams.

Knowledge & skills required:

  • Telecommunications industry experience is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in IT project and delivery management, preferably in complex environments.
  • Knowledge and experience across one or more of the following: CRM, Contract Management, Fulfilment, Assurance, Billing, and Product Development.
  • Strong vendor and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks, ideally SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
