Role: SAP Basis Security

Location: Melbourne

Job Description:

  • 10+ years of experience in SAP Basis and Security administration
  • Provide recommendations to enhance system integrity and user access management
  • Strong understanding of SAP system architecture (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Solution Manager)
  • Proficient in user administration, role design, and authorization concept
  • Hands-on experience with OS/DB management and SAP patching activities
  • Familiar with audit and compliance frameworks (SOX, GRC)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Manage SAP Basis administration including installation, configuration, system copy, transport management, and patch upgrades
  • Implement and maintain SAP security roles, profiles, and authorization objects across landscapes
  • Support system refreshes, database management, and performance tuning
  • Conduct user access reviews and enforce compliance with security policies
  • Troubleshoot Basis or security-related issues and coordinate with functional/technical teams
