**About the Company**:
Leading wholesaler of white goods for the Commercial Construction Industry is looking for an experienced Senior Assistant to support an Executive Director and the Senior Management Team. Based in one of Melbourne inner southern suburbs you will also play a key role assisting the Marketing team and maintaining their modern showroom. This established company supports some of the world’s leading household brands and is a one stop shop for Architects and Commercial Builders. Based in Port Melbourne offering a great team environment and free parking

**About the Role**:
You will have proven experience working as a Senior Admin Assistant or Secretary where you have been exposed to dealing with confidential company matters. A clear communicator, professionally presented you will take pride in your work, be a self-starter and have a can-do attitude where too much is never enough. An efficient time manager you will be more than capable organising both your time and that of your immediate stakeholders.

Primarily you will assume all the usual responsibilities of an Administration officer and a little more.
- Create and maintain Events Calendar
- Collaborate with marketing for events
- Diary coordination, communication and secretarial assistance
- Organise all travel commitments for Director and Management
- Liaise with Operation to assist preparation of business and supplier reports
- Coordinate meetings and conferences
- Filter incoming communication
- Facilitate recruitment within the group
- Look after all office maintenance and stock
- Organise and manage all aspects of the Director’s office
- Support Director with all confidential matters

**About you**:

- 3+ years proven experience as a senior Administrator or Secretary
- Utmost respect towards confidentiality
- Clear communication
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude
- Efficient in time management
- Exceptionally organised
- Multitasker of your own time and immediate stakeholders
- Positive and personable

**Due to the vast diversity of this role, organisation and prioritising tasks effectively is crucial, as well as being able to delegate tasks when required. An outstanding level of communication is a must as you will be communicating with multiple levels within the organisation. A positive and self-motivated attitude will be highly regarded when applying.
