
Casual administration officer and personal assistant

NEAS Australia is recruiting a casual employee for a range of important tasks including assistance to the CEO and establishing a new systems platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service
- Provide high-quality customer service by responding to enquiries and assisting with requests, based on your knowledge of the organisation's services and operations.
Data and reporting
Maintain accurate records for various financial and administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
Reconciliation of accounts
Member and customer profile data
Leads and stakeholders
Website content updates
Business process and internal systems
- Use software applications to efficiently complete administrative tasks. This includes creating, formatting, editing, and finalising documents and communications, managing data entry across a variety of software, in accordance with established procedures.
Internal administration
Provide assistance with general office administration, ensuring smooth workflow and assisting with any other tasks as needed.
Organise, participate in, and take minutes at meetings as required.
Arrange routine travel bookings, itineraries, and appointments for the CEO and other staff.
