OMD Melbourne are looking for Personal Assistant/Office Administrator to come and join a high performing and award winning company.
We are looking for someone who can bring creativity to the role, a posistive attitude and passionate about admin.
The Personal Assistant/Office Administrator will be responsible for calendar management and meeting and event coordination for the Managing Director and local leadership team, so you will be a true all-rounder who is pro-active and enthusiastic in your approach and willing to take on a variety of tasks with enthusiasm.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with the Executive Assistants across the network to ensure open communication and alignment across the National offices
- Processing monthly expenses amd travel coordination for the Managing Director and Leadership Team
- Ensure the office stationery, printers, drinks fridges etc., are always stocked and ready for use.
- Provide reception relief to the receptionist, as and when needed. Ideally sitting on reception 1-2 days per week.
- Assist Marketing team with client and media partner event invitations and monitoring of RSVPs
- Seeking quotes, booking and directing suppliers and trades. This may require some outside of hours calls and coming in before business hours to meet trades
- Daily mail distribution daily
You will have a fun, personable and approachable manner. You'll also possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable dealing with a broad range of tasks. Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks, in a timely manner to a high standard is essential. Proven success in a similar role, and the ability to bring creative thinking and to play an active part in OMD'S culture is essential. **Required skills**:
- A strong customer service focus with a proactive, enthusiastic approach to your work
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- High level of computer skills and accurate typing skills, use of Outlook and basic Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Previous administration/marketing experience is advantageous
- Experience working in a busy, fast-paced, service orientated environment
- Can-do attitude
