**About the role**:
An exceptional opportunity has become available for an bubbly and professional Personal Assistant / Office Administrator to join a reputable and culture-focused business. This role allows you to work in a thriving organisation while offering you a challenging yet rewarding opportunity. The ideal person will been solutions focused, have the ability to forward plan and have previous experience operating in environments where they are heavily relied upon to undertake a multitude of tasks.

**Your responsibilities**

Your role will include, however not be limited to the following key responsibilities;
- Scheduling jobs
- Experience with Xero, Gmail, Word, Excel and SimPRO (SimPRO training will be organised in house with a SimPRO consultant)
- Basic office day to day office admin
- Understanding of trade industry
- Arranging purchase orders
- Vehicle and tool schedule maintenance
- Ensure company and industry compliance
- Social media (instagram, facebook, tiktok
- Assisting the contract administration team
- Updating and maintain databases
- Coordinating meetings
- Expense reconciliations

**Skills and experience**:

- Technically proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritise and stay one step ahead
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Overall great team player
- High degree of attention to detail
- Excellent planning and organisation skills while being extremely flexible
- Advanced Microsoft knowledge
- Excellent time management skills
- Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
