**The Role**:
As the Packaging Quality Leader, you will champion quality within our packaging department. You’ll lead a team of 5 dedicated professionals, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards and delight our customers every time.

This is a critical role where you will develop and implement quality systems, monitor product quality, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Leading the packaging quality team to maintain and enhance quality standards.
- Analysing customer complaints trend to drive continuous improvement activity. Maintain and manage our quality systems compliance.
- Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to drive quality improvements within the end the end manufacturing of the packaging department.
- Overseeing safety and quality compliance, ensuring all work aligns with Lion’s procedures and policies.
- Leading initiatives to improve performance metrics and reduce costs.
- Driving a quality culture through robust problem-solving, coaching, mentoring and compliance monitoring.

**What You'll Bring**:

- A degree in Engineering, Science, or Food Technology.
- Proven leadership experience in a technical or production-based role.
- Strong understanding of HACCP, FSCC, GMP, and quality assurance systems.
- Experience with quality management and continuous improvement processes.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a drive to lead and inspire teams.
- A passion for excellence and a commitment to upholding Lion's quality and safety standards.
