As the Production Supervisor/Team Leader within the Packaging Department, you will provide leadership and guidance to a small crew to ensure we deliver on our vision to bring enjoyment and connection to everyday moments in life.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead a safety first culture to ensure the health and safety of your team
- Implement and enforce quality standards along with develop solutions to improve the quality of our product
- Manage day-to-day production to achieve performance targets
- Use problem solving tools such as 5 WHYs to identify and eliminate root cause, leading a continuous improvement mindset
- Lead your team, provide ongoing coaching and training to members
- Monitor team and individual performance and conduct and liaise with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues as they arise

**About You**
- Previous leadership experience in FMCG, Manufacturing or Logistics/Supply Chain operations
- Tertiary qualification in either mechanical or electrical engineering (highly desirable)
- Previous experience in HSE leadership and an understanding of Quality principles
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and an ability to influence others, particularly in a unionised environment - GMP/HACCP and GFSI compliance standards
- Adaptable and comfortable with change in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem solving ability with a drive to succeed
