**PERSOLKELLY** is seeking a casual entry-level **Packaging Quality Analyst** to join a well-known Australian beer brewed company

We are looking for a person with a Degree in Science, Engineering, or Technology Experience in manufacturing, preferably food or beverage/FMCG environments. This role will be best for someone who has just graduated or someone who is looking for an entry level role in laboratory.

This role is based in Milton
- Full Time, Mon - Fri
- Essential: Advanced use of Excel and statistical tools

**Your Duties/responsibilities will be**:

- The role reports to the Packaging quality Leader and is part of a small but critical team responsible for ensuring the quality of all products and materials within and produced by the Packaging Department
- The team supports supplier reviews, critical control point assurance, and provides insights through accurate and timely reporting of Packaging Department KPI's.
- Drive value creation - Leading A3's, supporting Packaging projects and initiatives
- Data analysis, reporting and opportunity identification, in order to:

- Increase OEE
- Reduce Glass waste
- Reduce Beer extract waste
- Carry out materials stock reconciliation
- Carry out Quality Document reviews to schedule
- Carry out Quality -related audits (PAS, Hygiene, Safety, ISO22000, HACCP, Environment); facilitate gap closure in standards and skill amongst the Packaging teams
- Carry out Supplier Reviews of existing materials and service suppliers, identify areas of opportunity and track improvement

**This position will require the successful applicant to**:

- Knowledge of Reporting Systems, Quality and Focused Improvement TRACC's, Packaging Technology and Quality Systems
- Ideally Degree qualified in Science, Engineering, or Technology
- Diploma in Brewing or Packaging
- Excellent reporting and problem-solving capability
- Experience in manufacturing, preferably food or beverage/FMCG environments
- Use of Proficiency, MFG Pro, MLS, SEQIS
- Advanced use of Excel and statistical tools like 6 Sigma
- Exposure to Manufacturing Excellence (MEX), 5Y and DMAIC
