**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Respond to all queries
- Approve or decline returns in accordance with company policy
- Timely and accurate processing of credit notes and restocking fees
- Liaising with the sales managers and coordinating team to ensure best service to the client
- Engaging with suppliers to obtain correct restocking fees
- Ensuring inventory is updated accordingly
- Liaise with the Purchasing Manager and warehouse weekly to review stock requiring further action in regards to disposal
- Clear and open communication with relevant internal and external departments
- Maintenance of the Returns tracking sheet
- Assist the Warehouse Manager in the preparation, administration and execution of the Bi-yearly stock takes
- Compulsory attendance required for Count days and Stock take day
- Participate in meetings as requested
- Raising and processing credit claims as required for stock returned to the warehouse or excess stock no longer required
- Reconcile pending credits against outstanding claims
- Maintaining the Excess Stock spreadsheet

- Ability to build effective relationships with both internal & external stakeholders
- Excellent time management & organisational skills
- Prior experience in the customer service
