**The Role**:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised **Service Coordinator** to provide professional, accurate and timely services to our customers & technicians.

As a key part of our Operations Support team, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers and to ensure service requests and associated activities are coordinated efficiently.
- Key Liaison with Operations Leaders and State Manager and Site Technicians
- Managing customer service requests & enquiries.
- Coordinate service requests to technicians and parts allocation.
- Raise purchase orders and liaising with suppliers.
- Coordinate scheduled preventative servicing and maintenance.

This role will be on-site at Laverton, **Monday to Friday with a start time between 7:30am and 8am.**

**About You**:

- Previous experience working within a **similar heavy machinery or equipment industry.**:

- **Experience within an** **administration / coordination position.**:

- Ability to prioritise, organise and complete work within tight deadlines.
- **Excellent communication skills** and the ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with customers, colleagues, and leaders.
- **Highly organised** with strong attention to detail and MS Suite knowledge.
