**Why join us as our Administration Coordinator?**

As our Administrative Coordinator, you'll take charge of coordinating travel arrangements for our leaders across our AU business, coordinating business events and project management meetings, and managing diaries for our CEO, Finance & IT Director. Additionally, you'll oversee fleet management and credit card processes, and will be our go-to on-site expert for all things admin-related. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our business, supporting our health and wellbeing initiatives, and fostering our vibrant workplace culture.

**Who we are looking for?**

Do you thrive in fast-paced environments, have confidence and energy in all that you do? You'll bring with you demonstrated customer service skills and a knack for problem-solving too. You'll be organised, capable of managing various tasks at once whilst also having the abillity to pivot priorities on the go. Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is essential, along with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

As you support our teams, it's important you are on site four days a week with Fridays working from home. Car parking available too.
