**About the position**:
As an HR/Office Administrator, you will support our Human Resources department and will act as the first point of contact for any HR-related queries from employees and external partners. In addition, you will be in charge of our Sydney office. This role is for someone who would like to gain exposure in both, the HR as well as Office Management field.
- **HR Responsibilities**:

- Provide offer letters, employment contracts, and benefits administration.
- On board new employees, arrange office equipment and desks.
- Assist with recruitment, and organise onboarding.
- Create HR documentation and communication to support employees.
- Administer new hires, terminations, salary rate changes.
- Manage and administer Employee Absence Planning.
- Organise employee reviews and annual performance reviews.
- Ensure complete record keeping of files management.
- Create monthly newsletters to promote a positive and healthy workplace.

**Administrative Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for ordering stationary, general office supplies and snacks.
- Book travel and accommodation.
- Facilitate training workshops, plan events and team building activities.
- Maintain the printer/printing documents for employees.
- Plan monthly parties (order food & drinks).
- Keep meeting rooms tidy and ensure equipment is charged.
- Shipping and receiving orders for the office.
- Maintain a purchase list for the office and employees inventory.
- Work with IT to keep an up to date inventory list of all equipment.

- Interest in growing into a HR Generalist
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Excellent written and communication skills.
