**About the Role**
We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused **HR Administrator**to join our Human Resources team. You will work closely with the HR leadership team to support day-to-day HR operations and office administration, ensuring smooth processes and a great employee experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support core HR processes including employee engagement initiatives, onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding activities.
- Administration and configuration of the HRIS (ELMO), ensuring smooth operation of workflows, accurate reporting, and user support
- Coordinate recruitment activities and assist with the roll out of learning and development programs.
- Maintain and update HR records, employment contracts, and documentation in line with compliance requirements.
- Troubleshoot employee queries and provide training if necessary.
- Assist with general office operations and reception duties

**What You’ll Bring**
- 3+ years in HR (coordinator or administrator role)
- Experience with HRIS platforms (ELMO or similar)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and great at juggling priorities
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive employee information and HR matters.

**Bonus Skills**
- Qualifications in HR and an understand of Australian employment standards
- Experience in HR system configuration, workflow automation, and reporting
- Ability to explain complex HR processes in simple terms
