About the Role

As a People and Culture Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact projects that support learners, educators, and communities across South Australia and beyond. Whether you are designing bold new systems, supporting educators, analysing data, or delivering programs that make learning more meaningful, your work will leave a lasting legacy.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivery of a range of operation P&C services that support employees and leaders

  • Helping foster a culture of service excellence and operational integrity

  • Supporting organisational change through continual operational improvements and effective execution

  • Collaborating with a team of talented, values-led professionals who genuinely care about each other and their work

Remuneration

ASO 4 - $76,561 to $80,256 per annum plus superannuation.

This is a term vacancy up to 3 years
