**Davidson Technology have partnered with a **Victorian State Government body, engaged as a vocational education and training provider, to find an highly driven individual with extensive experience to join as Head of Performance Management and Reporting.**

Seeking an immediate start, this is an initial 6 month contract with scope to extend, based in Cremorne (office) and Hybrid working environment.

**About the Role**
- Stakeholder Engagement - working with internal and external teams to create efficient processes relating to reporting across the whole institute.
- Business Intelligence and Reporting - Lead the Finance month end to end process and report development for Executive team. Be the main point of contact to manage design, develop and automate standard reporting. Drive the best practise in the continual improvement of reports and processes.
- Lead the development and implementation of reporting.
- Take charge of developing and implementing the reporting framework, ensuring compliance with deadlines.
- Supervise and administer performance management systems to gain valuable insights into critical aspects of business operations.
- Oversee the creation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for measuring business performance and guarantee precise reporting.
- Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure the timely development and delivery of reporting obligations.
- Assure the accuracy, consistency, and alignment with stakeholder requirements of all reporting activities.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, and propose innovative reporting methodologies and technologies to enhance performance management and reporting.

**About You**
- Experience within a large and complex environment, driving compliance, board, and management reporting.
- Technically proficient and comfortable dealing with reporting and deadlines, with a high attention to detail.
- Strong BI background with demonstrated experience in cloud-based data lake and visualisation tools.
- Experience in leading the development and implementation of the business reporting strategy for an organisation.

**Further Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Working With Children Check (Employer) card - (individual/agency)
- Current Police check or receipt - (individual/agency)
- Covid 19 vaccination digital certificate (with number of doses received) or exemption certificate. (individual)
- Right to work documentation (individual)
