The Role

Due to ambitious growth plans RateMyAgent is now searching for an experienced and creative Head of Marketing. This role will report to the CEO and form part of the RMA Leadership team.

This role will build, develop and lead a team of Marketing professionals and it will be your responsibility to ensure that they are coached and developed to maximise performance and delivery.

Growth is high on our agenda and you will be pivotal in ensuring RateMyAgent becomes a trusted household name with your demonstrated Marketing expertise. We are looking for a commercial, growth focused Marketer with experience in high growth agile environments that has worked closely with Product and Engineering teams to scale businesses.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver on business OKRs
- Develop a deliver a growth focused marketing strategy
- Build awareness of the RMA brand using digital marketing mediums
- Build a highly capable and agile marketing team
- Create and deliver on the Marketing roadmap, ensuring that you are being creative and innovative with a slim budget

About You
- You are a strong leader with proven experience managing a high performing team
- You have a strong digital background but also have experience in brand and campaigns
- Experience within the Real Estate industry is desirable but not compulsory
- You have led a Marketing Team through a high growth phase
- You are hands on and willing to get stuff done
- You have experience scaling and growing a business
