THE OPPORTUNITY
As our Head of Production & Quality Assurance, you'll lead a high-performing team across Production, QA and Compliance. You'll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards in product quality, optimising our global supply chain, and managing supply risk - all while delivering results that directly impact our customer promise and commercial success.
This role is more than operations, it's about owning outcomes, driving innovation, and shaping the future of responsible fashion at one of Australia's most dynamic and sustainability-focused fashion brands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leadership & Performance
- Build, lead and mentor a high-performing, highly engaged team (3P+)
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Merchandise, CX, Sustainability and Supply Chain teams
- Own performance, engagement, collaboration and delivery metrics
Product Quality Assurance
- Maintain and elevate product quality while achieving intake margin targets
- Lead quality control processes to reduce defect and error rates
- Ensure consistency and reliability of output through audits and reporting
Supply Chain Optimisation
- Improve supply chain speed, cost-efficiency and reliability
- Reduce lead times and enhance on-time delivery performance
- Optimise sourcing strategies to support flexibility and growth
Supply Risk & Compliance
- Proactively identify and mitigate supply risks across all categories
- Lead supplier risk assessments and compliance audits
- Maintain a high-performing, low-risk supplier base aligned with our sustainability goals
ABOUT YOU
- 5+ years' experience in senior production, sourcing or supply chain roles within fashion retail
- Deep understanding of quality assurance frameworks and compliance standards
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to build and coach high-performing teams
- Commercial acumen with the ability to balance margin, quality, and risk
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working with global suppliers and navigating complex sourcing environments
