**The Role**:
As a Bid Manager, you will lead the end-to-end bid process, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop winning proposals. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, while utilising your strong communication and negotiation skills for a successful outcome.

**The Individual**:
You should have a proven track record within the civil sector, with expereince submitting bids over $20m.You will need the ability to grasp client needs, analyse project details and create thorough bid documents. Strategic thinking, attention to detail and multitasking are vital for managing a bid at the scale required.
