**Client**
Our client is a multidisciplinary Tier 1 head contractor who have been successfully operating in the market for a number of decades. They have a solid reputation for delivering complex projects to a high standard, which is reflected in their repeat business.

Diverse range of projects from civil, mechanical, rail, pipeline and marine infrastructure, including a significant portion dedicated to complex landmark opportunities.

**Role**
Opportunity for Commercial Manager to support one of South Australia's most significant projects to date.

This position will provide overall direction and leadership to the contract management team responsible for the delivery of a multi-million dollar project and plays a crucial role in providing advice, briefings, negotiation

and the maintenance of relationships with key stakeholders.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of commercial and contractual activities for civil projects.
- Lead and coordinate commercial teams, ensuring efficient project execution and cost control.
- Negotiate and finalise contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring favourable terms and conditions.
- Analyse and assess project budgets, providing accurate cost estimates and financial forecasts.
- Implement strategies to optimise project profitability and mitigate commercial risks.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving potential commercial issues promptly.

**Requirements/Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Law, Commerce, Accounting, Quantity Surveying, Business or other associated disciplines
- 5 years' + experience in commercial, financial and contract administration
- Proven experience in leading commercial solution development for large infrastructure projects and tenders
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and analyse complex financial and contractual information and present it, orally and/or in writing, for senior management to understand and make sound decisions.
