About Team Civil:

Team Civil is a well-established South Australian civil construction contractor renowned for delivering high-quality outcomes across a diverse range of projects. We have earned a strong reputation within the industry and maintain a broad and varied client base. With multiple active projects and several newly awarded contracts, we are currently expanding our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of tender preparation, including:

  • Quantity assessment
  • Programming
  • Pricing and first principles cost estimating
  • Liaison with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Preparing estimating reports and post-submission responses

Working within a small, close-knit team, you will gain exposure across a variety of civil projects including roadworks, marine works, bridges, subdivisions, earthworks and intersections.

About You:

We are seeking a degree-qualified Civil Engineer with a passion for civil construction and infrastructure development. To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Initiative and practical problem-solving abilities
  • Enthusiasm for improving South Australia's infrastructure
  • Eligibility to work in Australia

Selection Criteria

To be considered for this position, you will ideally have:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an estimating role
  • Previous background in engineering/construction delivery
  • Proficiency in Expert Estimation software
  • Strong leadership qualities and communication skills
