**We are seeking an experienced and motivated Leading Hand to join our dynamic Rural Civil Construction team in regional and metro locations across South Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to lead diverse projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality results and contributing to the development of essential infrastructure.**

**You’ll be based across both regional and metro locations within South Australia. This role is essential to our continued success in delivering top-quality projects.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise and lead construction teams on-site, ensuring efficient and safe operations.**:

- **Oversee day-to-day project activities, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and safety standards.**:

- **Collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.**:

- **Provide hands-on support and guidance to team members, fostering a strong safety culture.**:

- **Ensure adherence to all regulatory and environmental requirements.**

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Proven experience in a Leading Hand role in civil construction, ideally in rural or regional projects.**:

- **Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.**:

- **Hands-on experience with roadworks, earthworks, drainage, or other civil construction activities.**:

- **Ability to interpret and work from plans, and deliver projects on time and within scope.**:

- **Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality on-site.**
