About the opportunity

**This is a 12-month FTC contract. You will be provided with flexible working / work from home arrangements. The preferred location for this role is Melbourne.**

You will be responsible for influencing, designing, implementing and maintaining an ITIL aligned production Change management process for all technology and business services across Bupa APAC, and ensuring business and technical stakeholder commitment and adherence to this process.

You enforce Change Management directives and procedures ensuring beneficial changes are made with minimum disruption to IT services.

You will oversee the ongoing administration of Change management practices at a practical level and will oversee the rollout of standard processes via appropriate tools to ensure maximum benefit and support for all ITSM process.

The role also provides dedicated support to the Bupa Cloud Modernisation initiative and serves to provision all the cloud Change requirements via the change module.

Change Management

**What do you need?**
- Extensive change management skills and experience working in a ServiceNow environment
- Experience driving process adoption and continuous improvement.
- Experience working within both Agile and Legacy methodologies.
- Demonstrated success in defining, implementing and evolving ITIL methodologies and processes, with particular emphasis to Change Management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to manage and influence internal and external stakeholders
- Proven track record in driving organisational and process improvement change.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities

Desirable:

- Demonstrated technical knowledge across a broad range of technologies preferred, especially with regards to Azure/cloud deployments and configurations
- ITIL V4
