About the opportunity

As Technology ITSM Configuration Manager you will be responsible for influencing, designing, implementing and maintaining a production Configuration process for all technology and business services across Bupa APAC, and ensuring business and technical stakeholder commitment and adherence to this process.

You will develop, maintain and enforce Bupa Configuration procedures ensuring maximum benefit and support for all ITSM process and other CMDB dependent functionality.

You will also oversee the ongoing administration of the CMDB and all functionality that leverages it.

**Accountabilities / Responsibilities**

**What do you need?**
- Extensive Configuration Management skills and experience working in a ServiceNow environment.
- Demonstrated success in defining, implementing and evolving ITIL methodologies and processes, with particular emphasis to Configuration Management.
- Experience driving process adoption and continuous improvement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven track record in driving organisational and process improvement.
- Demonstrated technical knowledge across a broad range of technologies preferred, especially with regards to Azure/cloud deployments and configurations
- Service mapping experience
- ITIL V4.
- ServiceNow Admin
