**Team Leader - Illawarra - Full-time**

**About Us**

SAHSSI is a not-for-profit specialist domestic violence and homelessness service in the Illawarra / Shoalhaven. We support women and children who are at risk of domestic violence and homelessness to recover, reduce their trauma, increase their safety, and build their capacity to thrive in the community. We also support men who are homeless or at risk of homelessness through the Shoalhaven Homeless Hub.

This role will inspire and motivate teams to achieve strategic and operational goals, building a highly collaborative and client-focused culture.

**Conditions of Employment**:
Terms and conditions of employment will in accordance with the Social, Community, Home and Disability Services (SCHADS) Industry Award (Commonwealth).

Pay: $106,000.00 - $110,092.00 per year

**Essential criteria**
- Tertiary qualifications in Social Services, Welfare, or a related field.
- Experience leading operational teams in the domestic violence or homelessness sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, including priority cohorts, with tailored support and leadership.
- Ability to inspire and motivate teams toward strategic and operational goals.
- Proven financial management skills, including working within budgets.
- Experience in developing and implementing operational systems and identifying process improvements.
- Strong relationship management skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement and public representation.
- Resume and short cover letter (approx. 500 words) outlining your skills and experience and what you feel you can bring to our team.

Pay: $106,000.00 - $110,092.00 per year
