**About the role**
This newly created permanent position will be based at our site in Port Kembla and report to the Maintenance Manager. You will have a key focus on the Cement and Fertiliser area of our business and the management of contractors in this space.

Other responsibilities include;
- Providing ad hoc support to the Graincorp terminal
- Leading and coaching the Maintenance team to ensure safety, operational effectiveness, promotion of values, continuous improvement, management of risk to ensure timely work execution
- Conducting daily site Toolbox talks
- Providing scoping and coordination of Shutdowns andany major maintenance
- Organising /Allocating shift coverage
- Relief of Maintenance Supervisors or Planners during leave as required
- Ensuring high-level and consistent SAP Quality and feedback to planners
- Managing and approving Maintenance Notifications
- Providing technical support in breakdowns

**About your experience**
- Trade Certificate in a relevant discipline, experience in Maintenance
- Experience in Cost Management
- Experience in Materials Management
- Commitment to safety
- Demonstrated experience planning and scheduling within a CMMS
- Experience mentoring and coaching Maintenance Managers/Supervisors and employees
- Strong commercial acumen
- Experience in Contractor Management
- Experience within a technical or centralised function
- High level customer service focus
- Strong leadership skills and qualities
