Team Leader

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Team Leader to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers and clients have an excellent experience while Repair Solutions is involved in their claim.

**_What are my accountabilities? _**
- Leading and supervising the team, including assigning tasks, setting goals, and providing feedback.
- Providing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensuring that company policies and procedures are followed and implemented correctly.

**About you**:

- You have previous experience as a Team Leader or a minimum of two years in a case management role in insurance claims, restoration claims, and/or construction.
- You have excellent organisational skills and a demonstrated ability to successfully lead a team.
- You have polite and professional written and verbal communication skills
