**We're hiring: NDIS Manager**

We are looking for a dedicated manager to join our team

looking for leadership qualities & experience in the disability sector for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where you can make a real difference in people's lives.

**About the role**

As a NDIS manager, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality NDIS services, ensuring compliance with NDIS standards, while leading a team to provide exceptional support to our participants.

1. Lead and manage NDIS service delivery

2.Ensure compliance with NDIs policies & regulations.

3.develop & implement strategic plans for participants support.

4.Build & maintain relationship with stakeholders

5. Monitor budget & operational performance

**About You**:
Strong knowledge of the NDIS framework & disability sector.

Leadership experience in similar role.

Excellent communication & problem solving skills.

Ability to manage budgets & drive service improvements.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Benefits**:
