About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Support Coordinator to join our team in Campbelltown. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the NDIS framework, be confident managing a caseload independently, and demonstrate exceptional communication and organisational skills. This position requires someone who can work autonomously, make sound decisions, and maintain accountability within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of NDIS participants.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and service providers.
  • Coordinate supports and services to achieve participant goals in line with NDIS plans.
  • Monitor plan implementation and manage service agreements.
  • Identify and resolve barriers impacting participant outcomes.
  • Prepare documentation and progress reports in line with NDIS and organisational requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams while maintaining independent workflow management.

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum 1–2 years' experience as an NDIS Support Coordinator or in a related role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the NDIS and its operational guidelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and make informed decisions.
  • Strong professional ethics and reliability.

Desirable:

  • Experience using NDIS CRM systems or participant management platforms.
