**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage a diverse caseload of NDIS participants.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and service providers.
- Coordinate supports and services to achieve participant goals in line with NDIS plans.
- Monitor plan implementation and manage service agreements.
- Identify and resolve barriers impacting participant outcomes.
- Prepare documentation and progress reports in line with NDIS and organisational requirements.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams while maintaining independent workflow management.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as an NDIS Support Coordinator or in a related role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the NDIS and its operational guidelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and make informed decisions.
- Strong professional ethics and reliability.

**Desirable**:

- Experience using NDIS CRM systems or participant management platforms.
