**THE ROLE**
The Compliance Manager will support the Director, Enterprise & Portfolio Governance to provide strategic advice on obligation management and manage compliance-related attestation activities across Homes Victoria. Given the strategic importance of effective compliance management for the delivery of strategic programs and organisational effectiveness, this role will be an integral to boosting the organisation's compliance in line with risk management policies, organisational policies and procedures, applicable regulatory/legislative frameworks and broader cross-government policies.

This role will be pivotal for enhancing laying the foundations for the compliance management approach adopted across Homes Victoria and in line with the Department's and the broader Victorian government's compliance management frameworks.
The Compliance Manager will be a focus point to build compliance capability, oversight enhancement of the compliance attestation program and work to continue to embed a strong compliance culture at Homes Victoria. You will work with senior Homes Victoria team members to provide compliance advice and support to lift compliance awareness and capability through the deployment of Homes Victoria's Compliance Management Framework.
