**About the Opportunity**

Reporting to the National Operations Support (NOS) Reporting and Insight Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Reporting and Insight Analytics team. Your responsibilities will include maintaining reporting procedures to ensure compliance with internal control requirements and leveraging opportunities for system improvements. Additionally, you will develop and assess reporting needs, conduct reporting analysis, and provide recommendations. You will document processes, review, and evaluate content and reports, and contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives. This is a permanent full-time position based at our Serco office in Deakin.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Ensure all required reports are generated, Quality Assured, and submitted within expected timeframes
- Actively engage with Stakeholders across J&I to ensure issues are identified and reports/ dashboards are developed that inform a business decision
- Provide support to the National Operations Team members, as required
- Undertake trending and variance analysis
- Collaborate with other business units to identify issues and develop solutions

- To be successful in this role, you will have:_
- Proven business analytics experience in a commercial environment
- Strong reporting, analytical and presentation skills
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical investigation techniques
- Proficient in Power Query, Power BI & DAX
- Intermediate SQL Skills (creating & editing queries)
- Familiarity with ETL Processes (Extract, Transform, Load)
- Demonstrated experience designing processes for stakeholders
- Entry-level MS Fabric, Power Automate, JSON and XML structures, PowerShell, Data Modelling and Mapping
- Communicating with non-technical stakeholders & driving solutions
- This is a position of trust and responsibility and to support this we will conduct a thorough probity assessment, which includes a Federal Police check as an essential selection component for this role._
