**About the role...**

The Reporting Data Analyst is responsible for working with data to create reporting solutions which ultimately contributes to providing comprehensive reports and data for the organisation and our clients.

Directly engaged in the operations of the business, the role is accountable for enhancing the reputation and image of Evolve FM through exemplary customer interaction and service delivery.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Maintaining, improving and troubleshooting dashboards, reports, analytics and other data-driven solution products.
- Designing, building and delivering data frameworks for extracting data from source systems and transforming it into reporting-friendly formats.
- Developing and delivering comprehensive reports for client accounts.
- Developing and maintaining internal and external client relationships and ensuring service delivery meets and ideally exceeds client expectations.
- Ensuring communication of changes to contract reporting and other relevant matters to all key stakeholders.
- Support data governance and data integration processes while maintaining data quality as per client requirements.
- Identify, collect, and analyse data to understand business problems and generate insight.
- Achievement of client report result benchmarks for area of accountability.
- Data delivery to organisational performance reports.
- Assisting with delivering the annual operational plan for area of responsibility, derived from the organisational strategic objectives.
- Support manager with ad-hoc scheduled tasks when required.

**About you...**

We are seeking a motivated self-starter with a proven track record of successfully delivering best practice and quality to the organisation, your team and clients, who thrives on building relationships and providing service excellence.
- Bachelor or postgrad qualifications in IT, data analytics, or another relevant field.
- Skills and experience in data visualisation tools, especially Tableau.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders with different skill sets and responsibilities.
- Understanding of Microsoft Visio and Formstack.
- Compliance experience for contract or business management matters.
- Strategic thinking, strong business acumen and highly developed analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in SQL, ETL tools and data visualisation tools highly desired.
