**The Role**

Working as the new Cyber Security Education and Reporting Analyst you will be responsible for two core functions:
Developing cyber education materials and programs for Air Services Australia. These materials take into consideration the needs of the aviation sector and the business, along with the latest developments in technology that impact on the sector.

The second core function will be the reporting elements for the cyber security team. The role will support and shape how reporting is coordinated and delivered to the business articulating business opportunities, risk and resilience objectives and overall cyber security effectiveness.

**The Person**

As the new Cyber Security Education and Reporting Analyst, you will have:

- Well-developed written and oral communication skills, including writing for a wide range of technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently or as a part of a team to conduct research and create content, tailored to Air Services, for a variety of communications channels such as print, digital, online and social media.
- Understanding of methods for gathering and analysing stakeholder feedback on content and campaigns, including collating and interpreting weekly data analytics for multiple reporting.
- Knowledge of cyber security best practices and Australian Government security standards, such as the Information Security Manual (ISM) and Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF).
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally.
- Demonstrated capability to work in a team with diverse skill sets to deliver outcomes against competing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience with data security, education, training and awareness - social engineering, phishing, hacking etc, strategies to prevent employees from becoming victims of hacking, knowledge of awareness program
- Ability to suggest business process improvements and ideas for future internal and external education and reporting requirements.
- Desirable: Qualifications in cyber security, information technology or relevant education
