**This opportunity**

The Head of Business Transformation (known as Head of Spring Office internally) - on behalf of the Chief Spring Officer and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) - increases and accelerates the impact of the Spring program by maintaining a clear focus on sustainable results, providing transparency on progress and issues, driving accountability, and working across teams to facilitate cross-functional collaboration. This is a leadership role responsible for developing and implementing plans aligned to TPG’s strategy as agreed with the Chief Spring Officer.

**Responsibilities**
- You play an important role in implementing the strategy through our Spring Office and cross-functional teams across the organisation.
- You will lead the design, implementation, monitoring and improvement of the delivery and performance of systems, processes, and services within the remit of the Spring Office, to continuously improve organisational results.
- You will lead the annual bottom-up planning (BUP) process and periodic sequencing and prioritisation of initiatives (e.g., quarterly) to build and refresh our Release Plan (RP) for Spring.
- You will ensure the technology roadmap is aligned to Spring initiatives and that necessary stakeholders and support functions are involved, consulted, and/or informed.
- You will build and support upskilling of internal expertise and capability. This will include:

- Identify key cross-functional areas where new ways of working will be critical to deliver on the plan (e.g., convergence, network sharing deal).
- Coaching stakeholders, workstream leads, and/or initiative owners to strengthen our execution muscle, embed the Spring delivery cadence into TPG’s way of working, and deliver our commitments.
- You will be responsible establishing and maintaining cross-functional engagement between the central Spring Office and every Business Unit for the Spring program. This includes:

- Leading and participating in regular routines (e.g., “Springboard” meetings, Workstream Leads meetings) to ensure common alignment on priorities, transparency on progress, continually surfacing where support is required.
- Supporting and monitoring workstreams progress on transformation.
- Driving escalation of issues and resolution of decisions/trade-offs required at ELT by the Chief Spring Officer (or wherever appropriate) to minimise variance to plan.
- Having difficult conversations while continually building stronger and supportive relationships, to bring delayed initiatives back on track.
- You are responsible for providing visibility on Spring:

- Identify and create transparency on appropriate core metrics and KPIs to measure and track progress (e.g., plan, actual, forecast) including actionable insights to course correct.
- Support the use of the platforms / tools in the Spring Office (e.g., Wave, Clarity).
- You will lead post-implementation reviews and continually evolve our Spring playbook by capturing key learnings, processes, and ways of working including how transformation work for Spring can be effective and scalable whilst running alongside BAU responsibilities.

**Knowledge and experience**
- You have a track record for successfully developing and implementing large-scale, cross-functional programs and for skillfully managing complex change. You are an expert in program management and delivery.
- You have extensive experience managing senior stakeholders and proven influencing skills.
- You are an experienced people leader and have demonstrated expertise in managing and collaborating with others to achieve agreed objectives and outcomes.
- You are highly analytical and yet commercially savvy.
- You have a role model a data-led mindset to allow effective decision making across an organisation.
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the variety in working across different divisions.
- You have a graduate degree in business management, finance, science, or engineering.
