Head of Transformation, Business Lending

**How will I help?**

A key leadership role, the Head of Transformation, is responsible for developing and delivering a market leading Business Lending (BL) experience for our customers, bankers and brokers. You will also be responsible for BL's investment portfolio ensuring it is effectively governed and used to optimise business and risk outcomes. This is a high-profile role with exposure to Senior Leaders and Executives across the business. You will be responsible for:

- Developing, effectively communicating and executing BL Transformation Strategy, Roadmap and Case for Change
- Leading the establishment and delivery of key transformation programs
- Delivering, on time and within budget, BL's digital transformation initiatives including re-platforming, workflow automation and digital features
- Driving the embedment and adoption of new tools and experiences by customers, bankers and brokers to ensure benefits are realised
- Delivering experiences which are easy and intuitive for our customers, bankers and brokers by addressing customer journey pain points and simplifying processes across the BL Value Chain
- Ensuring governance processes are operating effectively to manage delivery risks
- Uplifting Agile Ways of Working for the BL Investment Portfolio, driving efficiency, consistency and compliance
- Leading the BL Business Strategy Review process and submission including clearly articulating problem statements, solutions, costs and benefits. You will co-ordinate this across the BL Line of Business (LOB)

**What do I need?**

This role is critical to delivering on our ambition to be the #1 Bank and Partner for business customers. To be successful you will have:

- 15+ years' leadership experience (background in strategy, consulting or financial services is advantageous)
- Proven experience in delivering large scale transformation initiatives (above $30m end to end)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and manage complex transformation projects with cross functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with a strong risk mindset
- Ability to think strategically and implement initiatives to deliver financial, risk and customer outcomes
- Proven experience in delivering experiences which delight customers
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Strong record of leading and motivating a high-performance diverse team
