Head of IT Transformation

Reporting to the Chief Information Digital Officer (CIDO)- 24 Month Fixed Term Contract - Paid personal & annual leave- Lead a major IT Transformation Project

Lendlease is embarking on a significant IT transformation journey to modernise our technology landscape and drive world class service & capabilities outcomes. Reporting directly to the Chief Information Digital Officer, you will be responsible for setting the overall strategy, roadmap, and execution of the IT transformation program. As a key member of the IT Leadership Team, you will collaborate with your peers and other business leaders, ensuring your program delivers tangible business value, whilst also aligning with Lendlease business objectives.

On a day-to-day basis you can expect to:
- Assume full accountability for the end to end delivery of Lendlease’s IT Transformation Program- Oversee the ongoing planning & delivery activities to support all IT transformation projects & initiatives- Develop & articulate a fit for purpose, future proofed vision & strategy for Lendlease’s IT Transformation Program- Define the program roadmap capturing key initiatives, timelines & milestones- Establish clear goals, metrics & KPI’s which will be an ongoing & ultimate measure of the program’s success- Manage the program budget, resources and risks effectively & appropriately- Establish and drive strong governance processes which ensure program transparency & accountability- Collaborate with key business stakeholders, ensuring their active participation & buy-in for the transformation program- Establish & execute a regular communication cadence to provide stakeholders with regular updates relating to items such as program progress, risks & achievements- Champion the transformation program across Lendlease, driving a culture of change and innovation- Build and lead a high performing IT Transformation Team providing clear direction, coaching & support- Identify & evaluate new technologies and solutions to support Lendlease’s business objectives- Drive a culture of technology innovation and experimentation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

A transformative technology leader, you have a proven history of delivering enterprise transformation programs at scale. Customer and outcome focussed, your ability to plan, problem solve and prioritise activities whilst communicating critical messages across broad audiences, consistently drives excellence in your program delivery. Experienced in resolving complex issues in a collaborative and consultative style, you use your advanced influencing skills to optimise outcomes. Harnessing talent and leading high performing teams to success has been a key component of your recent experience as a leader, creating an environment in which talent can thrive.
