Your new role
- Managing inbound & outbound calls
- Delivering our Red-Carpet experience to customers

- Contribute to improvements in the team and the business.

What you’ll need to succeed
- Being fluent in Chinese - Mandarin is a requirement.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A positive, upbeat attitude and genuine interest in helping people.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- A real supportive team player
- The ability to efficiently adapt to other tasks/duties.
- The ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly.
- Previous energy industry experience isn't a necessity, but if you do this is an

opportunity to build your skills further.
- Previous experience within a call centre environment is a bonus, but not a necessity.
- The ability to efficiently adapt other tasks/duties.
