**About the role**

An exciting opportunity exists for enthusiastic palliative medicine specialist to work as a locum for leave cover and to work in the new palliative care outpatient clinics for up to 12-months. This provides the opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary setting across all sites of Eastern Health. There will be 2 outpatient clinics, with one based at BHH and the other based at MH. You will be joining a dynamic team which includes 5 accredited advanced trainees with 2 based at WH (inpatient), 2 based at BHH and MH (consult) and 1 based at Eastern Palliative Care (community).

**About you**
- To be successful in this role you will possess:

- Current AHPRA registration and qualification in Fellowship in the Chapter of Palliative Medicine (RACP)
- Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience
- A strong commitment to high quality care
- The ability to work as part of a diverse team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
