**Job Description**:
Ensuring our customers have a positive experience is integral to how we operate. We’re looking for an experienced **Customer Service Specialist** to join our high performing Operations team.

You’ll strategically manage inbound and outbound communications, solve stakeholder challenges, and provide insights on continual improvement. You will be part of a resourceful and collaborative team that will strive towards shared success. There are a few things that we’ll need you to be across from the start and your role may evolve over time but, in the 1st instance, here’s an insight into what you could be doing:

- Provide optimum levels of service by responding to enquiries professionally, listening and developing a rapport with the customer.
- Promote merchant and customer satisfaction by identifying and understanding needs and undertaking problem solving to provide appropriate resolution.
- Develop deep expertise in how the Payright processes, systems, and resources work, and how to use them to drive positive outcomes.
