We’re looking for a passionate Customer Service Specialist to join one of Australia’s fastest-growing gas and electricity retailers, as a Customer Service Specialist
- Digital. The position is a permanent role within our Customer Care department.

While you look after our customers with exceptional customer service, we will look after you with opportunities to grow your skills, participation in process improvement and problem-solving activities, coupled with generous earning potential and employee benefits. This role requires you to work on-site at our Ringwood office, conveniently suited to those living in the eastern suburbs. We value collaboration and believe in providing a supportive in-person work environment to foster creativity innovation and mentoring.

**What you will need to succeed**:

- Proactively contribute towards team and business process enhancements in alignment with GloBird's core values.

- Going the extra mile to provide exceptional support to both the team and our valued customers.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Above average typing speed and a natural ability to multi-task
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an acumen for problem solving.
- Previous customer service experience in a digital medium is preferred.

**Key Dates**:
If you are successful during the initial selection process, you will be invited to one of our GloBird Discovery sessions. Our Discovery sessions will be held in late October, early November 2025. Please note you must be available for these Discovery session dates to be part of the recruitment process (Discovery sessions will be completed in person).
