Your new role
- Provide a high level of service to our customers across a range of methods, including
- Delivering our Red-Carpet experience to customers

their needs.
- Contribute to improvements in the team and the business.

What you’ll need to succeed
- A positive, upbeat attitude and genuine interest in helping people.
- Willing to go above and beyond to support the team and our customers.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Above average typing speed and a natural ability to multi-task
- Previous customer service experience (call center experience is a plus)
