**THE OPPORTUNITY**
Reporting to the Finance Manager, and working in a team of three, the Payroll & Systems Officer will be responsible for coordinating and delivering the end-to-end processing of an employee base of 1600+ including employee lifecycle management, customer service and management reporting.

**IDEAL APPLICANTS**
Being a Health Services based organisation you will need to be COVID vaccinated. End-to-end payroll processing experience within a large organisation will set you up for success as well as some exposure to more complex Awards and/or EBA's.

The position is with a Community Health Services-based organisation so, if the thought of joining or continuing working in this sector appeals, this could be a great opportunity for you. The successful Payroll Professional will be provided with a personal training plan on commencement and allocated a "buddy" team member to ensure you feel supported and appreciated from the get-go. There is also the option to work 76 hours/FN or 80 hours with an ADO monthly. Lastly, when you factor in the Salary Packaging with the generous base salary the package is very attractive for a Community Services-based organisation.
